Those “plein air” artists are invited to come down and show their wares and their methods. We invite any “artists” and “performance art” people to install or perform in the area.  Watch for future releases.

 

ART BY THE BAY is a joint venture of the Winchester Bay Merchants Association and Friends of Winchester Bay. If you are interested in participating please get in touch with us. Applications are due by August 1, 2008.
